Cottage in rural Matjiesvlei (Matjies Valley), just outside
Calitzdorp on Scenic Route 62. For the perfect way to unwind,
this restored
historical Klein Karoo cottage is the ideal choice.
The main
bedroom has a double bed.
All linen is included.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The lounge has a big fireplace that can
be used for cooking (braai, barbeque) and heating in winter, as well as an airconditioner for the hot summer days.

Rates:
The tariffs are R230 per person per day.
Terms are 50% of total amount as deposit
and confirmation of the booking into the bank account; the
remaining
50% 3 days prior to occupation.
A cleaning service can be arranged.
Calitzdorp has a number of eating establishments,
a good butchery (Calitzdorp Slagtery) and various shops
where
basic groceries can be bought.

The kitchen is equipped with the
necessary utensils to make your stay a relaxing one.
Cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer
and stove also provided.
The adjacent bathroom is
equipped with a shower, basin and toilet. A gas water
cylinder provides
hot
water.
There is a very nice stoep overlooking the
veld. An outside Braai is also provided.
A "stoep with a view"!
